Personal breathing sessions
Every journey begins with an intake in which we explore together what suits you best. I work with various breathing techniques and tailor each session to your needs and process.
The techniques are inspired by, among others:
- Pranayama
- Holotropic breathwork developed by Stanislav Grof
- Shamanic breathwork
- Trauma release breathing
The goal is always the same: release tension, give emotions space, and reconnect with yourself.
Intense breathing exercises
By breathing consciously and powerfully, you can connect more deeply with yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally.

During more intensive sessions, we provide a safe environment and guidance that is tailored to your pace and abilities.

With a wide range of breathing techniques, from Pranayama, Holotropic, and Shamanic Breathwork to trauma release breathing, I guide you on a journey toward healing and inner growth. During a personal intake, we will discover together which session suits you best, so that each breath helps you release tension, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself.
In addition to individual sessions, I also offer group sessions (at De Refter Ubbergen, among other locations), guided by a team of experienced breath coaches to ensure safety and support at all times. In these sessions, we create a space where you can release tension, process emotions, and experience the healing power of breathing in a safe environment.

After the session
After a breathing session, you may feel a little tired or sluggish. That’s exactly when it’s nice not to have to do anything. If you wish, I will gladly bring you a nutritious, homemade meal that you only need to heat up. Cooking has been my passion for years and a way of caring for others.

Breathing session at your home
Would you like to receive the session in your own familiar surroundings? Then I will come to you, either alone or with a colleague. We will guide you in the comfort and safety of your own home. For sessions on location, a fee will be charged to cover travel expenses.
